Make sure the delivery persons place boxes in the room where the finished product will stand or outside the door on the same level of the house.
Double check the packing list/invoice to confirm that everything has been delivered and is in good condition.
If you discover an incomplete or damaged delivery, call us on 020 7993 6148 to reschedule your flat pack assembly. If items are missing or damaged and the job cannot be completed, our minimum call-out charge will apply.
Move existing furniture, if necessary, to clear adequate space for assembly.
As our fitters arrive in our own vans parking will be necessary.
If there is limited or residences permit holders, please arrange necessary visitors parking permit. If there is no parking in front of the building, please guide us to the nearest parking on you booking request.
